Dear Mentors, it is a tremendous pleasure to have you at our conference. Through out the year, we support many institutions in running their events. As part of the program for the year, we have selected the top finalists from each competition to join us for the finale.

Saturday April 27th, 2024 from 8:30am-4:30pm.

About 

Format: Each team will be paired with 2 mentors to build a concrete action plan to make the world a better place for the next year.

Timeline: Teams begin to pair in February and having until the day of the World XP Finale to complete their work.

Commitment as a mentor: To work with the team and meet them for a minimum of 2 x 30 minutes via teleconferencing. And to join them as a team on the day of the event.

Challenge Brief

As a team, analyze the current economic and global situation. Going back to our every day responsibilities, how can we create a concrete action plan to solve
1. the systemic challenge
2. the operational and short term issues.

Mentors and Finalists are paired to tackle the World XP Finale Challenge themed Humanity & Artificial Intelligence.

Mentors and Finalists will join the round table to discuss their plans.

Let’s enjoy a light lunch and prepare for the final presentations

Each team will present their work on the podium and raise a discussion amongst the audience. All members input their feedback.

Award Ceremony

We present our annual awards of Leadership and Innovatank, alongside the gold, silver and bronze medalists of the year!
