Abstract

This report offer a strategic solution to help Bopaq overcomes growth challenges and expand its reusable packaging system. By targeting the yoghurt industry through the deposit-return models and key partnerships, Bopaq can extend its impact while promoting sustainability. Additionally, monetizing environmental efforts via carbon and plastic credit sales will provide long-term financial stability. This positions Bopaq to lead transition to zero-waste packaging while supporting Canada’s circular economy goals.
