Dear participants, it is a tremendous pleasure to have you at our conference held on Saturday April 27th, 2024 from 8:30am-4:30pm.
The event will be held at 1600 Boul. de Maisonneuve Ouest, Montréal, QC H3H 1J5, 9th Floor and HYBRID FORMAT.
About World XP Finale
Through out the year, World Case Committee supports many institutions in running their events, we have invited the top finalist teams to join us for the finale.
Format: Each team will be paired with 2 mentors to build a concrete action plan to make the world a better place for the next year.
Timeline: Teams begin to pair in February and having until the day of the World XP Finale to complete their work.
Commitment as a mentor: To work with the team and meet them for a minimum of 2 x 30 minutes via teleconferencing. And to join them as a team on the day of the event.
QUALIFIER ROUND
If you would like to participate in the World XP and has not been a finalist, please complete the qualifying rounds.
There are 2 Cases to complete to ensure proper presentation and analysis skills.
Selected individuals will be invited to the World XP.

Challenge Brief
As a team, analyze the current economic and global situation. Going back to our every day responsibilities, how can we create a concrete action plan to solve 1. the systemic challenge, 2. the operational and short term issues.

How do I register for this competition?
Official Registration begins Jan 25th each year.
Add your name to this form and we will send you an email.
Who can participate?
This competition is open to all. You do not have to be affiliated to an institution to participate. You do not have to be a student. In our last edition, there were commercial pilots, artists, medical professionals who participated.
How many people can be part of a team?
Each team can have up to 5 competitors. If you have a coach, your coach can be the 5th competitor. If you do not have a team, simply register as an individual and you will be put into a team.
If my friends have different backgrounds, can we still make a team?
Yes! we love diversity, bring your friends along and crack the cases together.
Can I add this experience to my resume?
Absolutely! You will receive certification under the World Case Committee when you successfully complete all 3 stages. If you attend the training and workshops, you get a bonus!
Is this event online or in person?
Most of this event is held online from October to March. We host a physical conference in April. It is Hybrid allowing you to take part if you cannot physically be present. Everything else is held in teleconference and webinar style.
How do we qualify for the finals?
You can join anytime within Stage 1 and Stage 3. Each round gives you XPs, the top teams with the highest cumulative scores move to the finals.
The Finals have 2 components, 1 online and 1 in person to ensure the top teams all have the chance to present.
Can I join is I don't have experience?
Yes and Yes! This is a learning experience and we will be there to provide you training through each stage.
