Dear friends of the World Case Committee, it is a great pleasure to invite you to attend our annual gathering.

The central theme of this year’s World XP Open revolves around the symbiotic relationship between humanity and the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (A.I.). In many industries, many leaders foresee a significant transformation due to technology.

EVENT AGENDA

April 27th, 2024 at 8:30AM – 4:30PM

The objective of our reunion is to host the Leaders Round Table each year. Teams (mentors and competitors) come together to come up with a concrete action plan on how to make the world a better place in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals.

Tentative Schedule:

Prior to the event: Mentors and Competitors will be paired in the month of February to meet twice and begin the creation of their plan.

Conference Day
08:30AM – Arrival of our guests
09:00AM – Introduction, Work session with teams continue.
11:00AM – Deliverable submission
11:30AM – Lunch, and conversation with select guests
12:30PM – Presentations begin
02:30PM – Final Scoring of each team
03:00PM – Announcement of our annual awards (Professional, Decide to be Kind, M.H. Award, Writers’)
03:45PM – Announcement of the Gold, Silver and Bronze Medalist teams
