SUMMARY:Engineering and Commerce Case Competition
DESCRIPTION:Affiliated with the Open Accreditation Program at The World Case Committee \nSince 2013\, the Engineering and Commerce Case Competition has been leading a global initiative to encourage multidisciplinary dialogue and collaboration between engineering and business students\, offering the only opportunity of its kind\, allowing students to engage in a daring new learning experience before beginning their professional careers. \nEvery year\, we select schools from across the world to join our competition and spend an entire week where they engage in solving industry cases and displaying their skills for industry sponsors to see. Our participants are the foundation of our competition\, and as such they are selectively recruited. Our recruitment process is thoughtfully conducted and allows all interested schools to have the chance to apply for entry to our competition. Our external team works with our schools to assist with any questions they may have and to provide all necessary knowledge to simplify the process\, allowing for students to focus on the competition. \nhttps://www.engcomm.ca/participants \nFrom February 18 to 22\, 2025\, in Montréal\, one of North America’s most exciting cities. This event is packed with networking\, seminars\, and social events\, but the highlight is solving three real-world cases. \nMulti-disciplinary teams of four students will face the challenge of: \n\n\nTwo 6 hour cases \n\n\nOne intense 12 hour case
